Company History

Anderson Realty LLC was born in 2001 primarily as a Residential Brokerage firm, with some concentration on Investment Properties.

As the firm grew in both directions it was decided to form a second LLC named Anderson Terry LLC, to handle solely the brokerage division of the new Companies. The sales associates of the firm who specialize in residential brokerage have a combined average of 70 years experience. They are well known in the New York City market especially the Upper East Side.

Anderson Realty LLC continues to handle Investment properties and does Property Management. They intend to expand into Development in the near future. Even though the company is licensed to practice real estate in any part of New York State, it is worth noting that one of their LLC's is registered in New York City, while the other is in the Hamptons on the eastern end of Long Island.
