Company Overview

Anderson Terry is a full service real estate agency which specializes in the residential market. It was founded by Barbara Anderson Terry in the spring of 2001. Before starting her own company, Ms. Terry spent twenty years in real estate, first on the North Shore of Long Island, and then with some of Manhattan’s most well established companies.

Anderson Terry is small by design. Ms. Terry has a strong philosophy regarding the responsibility we have to our customers and clients.

Our size allows our founder to stay current on all transactions with which our sales associates are involved, something that is impossible in a large company. When she says that she wants Anderson Terry to be a full service firm, she means it. As a result, we are always ready to go the extra mile for the people for whom we work. It may mean extra work for us, but it translates into superior service for our customers and clients.

Anderson Terry’s primary office is on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, but we have plans to open satellite offices Downtown and on the Upper West Side. We also have a presence in the Bahamas and have a branch office in East Hampton, as well as contacts with top real estate firms across the country and in Europe. Our goal is to be able to satisfy whatever real estate needs arise for our customers and clients, not only locally, but wherever their travels take them.
